The name “Sol” holds dual significance. Aarunya means “the first rays of the sun,” and here, those rays rise majestically over the Knuckles Mountains in front of the villa. They enter the sanctuary’s vaults and domes, featuring oculi—circular skylights—that open up to the sky and the solar system. As sunlight and moonlight move through the space, they emphasize our profound connection to universal energy.
